What does the online consultation process look like?

1. Sign up and schedule

You can schedule an online consultation through our website, by phone or email.

Our team will contact you to arrange an appointment and send all necessary information (platform link, technical instructions for accessing the link).

Our goal is to make the scheduling process simple and fast.

2. Sending medical documentation

Before your scheduled consultation, you need to provide us with:

  • a description of the health challenge you have and a brief description of the problems,
  • the laboratory results you have,
  • medical records or reports from other doctors (if you have them).

This way, the doctor gets a complete picture of your health condition and prepares for the interview.

3. Online video consultation

At the scheduled time, you will be connected to the doctor via a secure video platform.

During the conversation:

  • we talk in detail about your problems and symptoms,
  • we ask additional questions related to your symptoms, lifestyle habits, diet, stress
  • together we define your health goals.

Our philosophy is a holistic and integrative approach, we look at the person as a whole, not just one symptom.

4. Analysis and recommendations

Based on the interview and documentation, the doctor gives:

  • proposal for additional analyses or laboratory panel that needs to be performed,
  • personalized recommendations for therapy and supplementation, nutrition, lifestyle and
  • a plan for further steps in therapy or monitoring.

You will receive all recommendations in writing after the consultation and additional tests recommended by the doctor.

5. Monitoring and support

If necessary, we schedule a follow-up online consultation or live examination. Throughout the entire process, you have the support of our team.

Online consultation prices:

First consultation with an endocrinologist and dietitian lasting 20 minutes: 6000.00 rsd or 50€

Control consultation with an endocrinologist and dietitian lasting 20 minutes: 3500.00 rsd or 30€.

Consultation with a complementary medicine doctor: 5000.00 rsd or 40€.
