Bioresonance Intolerance Testing

Bioresonance testing with the BICOM device is a complementary method for people with non-specific symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, or headaches, with no painful procedures and no blood draw.

What is bioresonance testing?

Bioresonance is a complementary medicine method based on the premise that cells and organs have their own electromagnetic frequencies, and that imbalances in these frequencies can be detected and influenced. Testing is performed with the BICOM device made by the German manufacturer Regumed GmbH.

The examination is painless, involves no blood draw or radiation exposure, and requires no special preparation. You do not need to stop taking any medication prescribed for an acute or chronic condition.

What does the examination involve?

The examination takes about an hour. During the examination, the body’s response to more than 300 substances from the air, soil, and food is tested.

  • The basic test covers food and inhaled substances, heavy metals, and certain chemical substances.

  • The extended test also covers infectious agents (bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites).

The results are interpreted by a doctor, who takes them into account together with your symptoms and medical history to recommend next steps, such as dietary changes or further tests.

When do people choose to get tested?

Patients most often come to us with long-standing, non-specific symptoms that have no clear cause: bloating and digestive problems, headaches, chronic fatigue, sleep problems, or muscle and joint pain.

Therapy

Bioresonance therapy can be carried out after testing. Each session lasts up to 60 minutes, and sessions are held 7 to 14 days apart. The program is tailored to each patient and can be combined with other treatments. Bioresonance therapy does not replace your regular treatment, and you should not stop any treatment without first consulting the doctor who prescribed it.

Important: bioresonance and conventional allergy testing

Bioresonance testing is not a substitute for conventional allergy testing. If you suspect an allergy, especially if you have had swelling of the lips or tongue, difficulty breathing, hives, or a severe reaction to food, medication or an insect sting, please see an allergist for a skin prick test or a blood test for specific IgE antibodies.

Who should not be tested?

Testing and therapy are not recommended for people with a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, or for pregnant women. If you are unsure, please consult one of our doctors before booking.
